Spacious room with a kitchen, fridge, and a huge TV on the 31st floor. The view from the room was awesome. The location is convenient for shopping malls. Room service was prompt. The lobby had supermarkets, a spa, a restaurant, a laundry, and washrooms. Good value for money.

It is very close to the sky train stop Nana which can get you to the most important places in Bangkok without having to negotiate prices with taxi or tuk tuk drivers. The staff was always very helpful and even let me check out at a much later time since I returned late from a half day trip to the floating market. The hotel is simple but clean and has some kind of flair that is difficult to describe. It reminds me of US budget hotel rooms. People I know and that I have met simply like the hotel. The price is for Europeans very cheap. You don't get this value for money in India, for example.
I guess the Thai staff sometimes has difficulties with the English language but they make that up in friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel does not allow debit cards. I had to pay the room + deposit in cash.

Experience was pleasant.
The location in a very popular area was magnificent and unbeatable and there were shopping centres and a market nearby. Nana tube station was 10 min away. I was there for 2 nights and ate at air-conditioned restaurant for breakfast. And it had great views and good bed...

We kiiked that the sporting services were open long hours, kept very clean.
We were disappointed that there was no "Teatowel" in our kitchenette or washup liquid. The staff didn't understand whay one was. Also would have been grat to have dedicated "pool" towels available. The staff did their best and 'Pumpin" was most helpful but the others didn't really understand any english.

Everything was fine. Upgraded to a 2-room appt. as the standard room was not available anymore so i extended my stay at the hotel. Soi 4 is full of life and plenty of bars to go out. Good atmosphere as always. On walking distance from BTS Nana.

I stayed in a suite consisting of a bedroom, living room and small kitchen. The value was incredible! It was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. The morning breakfasts, which were included with my daily rate, were more thean adequate. I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting to stay in the Nana area.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was very close to the city center and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel staff were very accommodating when we had some problems with our room, and they went above and beyond to resolve them. The room was also very spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen, which made our stay much more comfortable. Finally, the hotel facilities were impressive, and we appreciated that they offered parking and transportation options.
Nothing all good.

The Location was pretty good. Food available close-by. Very convinent for a Family Stay.
Hotel Staff is not polite. Not adequate staff around even at 10 A.m in the morning. Only one staff to run around and the male receptionist was a little rude and refuse to assist.

The location was convenient, close to public transportation and restaurants. The room had a nice view and the bed was comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was appreciated.
The breakfast was awful, hardly any options and the food trays were consistently empty. Building maintenance was lacking, lights in the room and corridor were out.
